Shipping policy

At Noir & Nova, we strive to deliver your order with care and in a timely manner. This policy applies to all orders placed at noirandnova.com.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Threshold and eligibility will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Canada only. International shipping may be introduced in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Noir & Nova is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@noirandnova.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at info@noirandnova.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
